We love to give warranty on our work. First, it makes you our customer for life. We know you will never look for another company for your roofing and siding needs. Also, in the absolutely unlikely event that we need to warranty something about our work for you, it is a positive, not a negative. It shows you that we stand behind our work, and that you are completely secure, and that you never need to worry about anything we did for your home.
Recently we looked at a roof that we did in 2011 because the customer thought was problem. They didn’t know what to do. An unscrupulous contractor was trying to sell them a new roof. We immediately went to customer’s house and determined that roof was in perfect condition. We also determined that another unscrupulous and unlicensed contractor had done a bathroom without installing exterior vent. This caused moisture problem on ceiling that caused tape to peel. It appeared to be roof problem, but was actually caused by bathroom contractor who was a thief and provided substandard job.
